Service Terms 服務條款

By accessing or using the DueWise service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. 藉由存取或使用 DueWise 服務，即表示您同意遵守本服務條款。若您不同意，請勿使用我們的服務。

DueWise provides an application to manage and track the expiration dates of various items. Features vary based on the subscription plan. DueWise 提供管理與追蹤各種物品效期的應用程式。功能與服務內容將依據您選擇的訂閱方案而有所差異。

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. DueWise utilizes third-party authentication (e.g., Google or GitHub). We are not responsible for security breaches occurring on these third-party platforms. 您需全權負責保護您的帳號與密碼安全。DueWise 整合第三方認證服務（如 Google 或 GitHub），我們不對該等第三方平台發生之安全漏洞負責。

Some core features are provided on a subscription basis. Detailed pricing and features can be found on our Pricing page. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. 部分核心功能採訂閱制提供。詳細的定價與功能請參閱我們的定價頁面。除法律特別規定外，所有付款皆不可退款。

All content, logos, and features available within DueWise are the property of DueWise or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. DueWise 內所有內容、商標與功能皆為 DueWise 或其授權人之財產，並受相關智慧財產權法規保護。

DueWise is provided "as is" without any warranties. In no event shall DueWise be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. DueWise 係依「現況」提供，不作任何明示或暗示之保證。DueWise 在任何情況下，皆不對因使用本服務所衍生之間接、附帶或衍生性損害負責。

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 我們保留隨時修改本條款之權利。繼續使用本服務即視為您已接受更新後的條款。

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Taiwan. 本條款受Taiwan法律管轄。任何爭議應以當地法院為專屬管轄法院。
